Ok, gals. If you haven’t seen it yet, you need to set up a movie date with “Breakfast at Tiffany’s.” It’s classy and a little heart-wrenching, but we’re sure you’ll love it as much as we do. After all, Audrey Hepburn + cat named Cat + fashion all over = feature film fave. So grab some croissants, a couple of friends, your choice of yummy beverage (frothy hot chocolate, anyone? ok, we’ll settle for a frappuccino if it’s afternoon), and enjoy.
And once you’ve memorized all the words to “Moon River,” it will be time for a shopping trip. Plenty of fashionable ladies have been inspired by this classic film and you can be too! Some go for directly copying Audrey’s on-screen looks, but we prefer to capture the essence while adding some youthful updates. Below, we’ve paired an adorable pleated Ella Moss tank with a Flowers by Zoe lace skirt, using fashion’s most timeless palette: black and white. Every girl needs a little sparkle (even if it’s not from Tiffany’s), so we’ve added some black and pink bangles by Bari Lynn. Our heeled Nina sandals will have you standing tall while this handy and classic Vera Bradley cross-body will help keep you all together. Put your hair in a topknot, grab your best big shades and head out on the town!

Distressed, white Tractr jean shorts are the perfect start to any summertime outfit. When you want to stand out, pair them with a bold shot of color, like this bright blue and multi-color printed top from Blinkwear. Style bonus: this top has a “shark bite” cut, so the sides are longer than the front and back. We’ve paired it here with a matching Blinkwear headwrap, a Vera Bradley smartphone wristlet, and some white sandals from Kenneth Cole Reaction.
These plaid shorts from Tea Collection pair perfectly with our Flowers by Zoe v-front tank in teal. Eyelet flats from UGG Australia, a cuff-style friendship bracelet by BariLynn Accessories and a headband from our favorite bow-and-headband supplier Cottontails finish off the look. This look has you ready for anything – mall hangout? Check. Park picnic? Check. Movies? Summer book club? Birthday party? You’re set to go, girl! Want to tell us how you rock your #SachiStyle? This ensemble features a wonderful Mayoral dress with ruffled neckline and Nina Kids wedges in white eyelet. To balance the ruffle, we’ve accessorized with a chunky bracelet (another way to wear your favorite PeppercornKids necklace!), while necessities fit tidily inside the Vera Bradley all-in-one crossbody in Rio.
It’s Easter Weekend, and that means a lot of time spent with family and fun. If your schedule isn’t booked yet, check out the Family Egg Hunt at the Botanic Gardens. Like most of the Botanic’s events, it is ticketed, so click here to ensure your spot. Other area eggstravaganzas include: the Bunny Run 5K at Audobon Park and an Eco Egg Hunt at Shelby Farms.
Still need your perfect Egg Hunting outfit? We’ve got you covered, and we’ll be open our regular hours both Friday and Saturday of Easter weekend.

Hey, Sachi Gals, welcome to Foodie Thursday! This is when we post an awesome item you can buy at the store as well as a recipe/local food find inspired by that item. Here we go!
Okay, so this adorable new top from Sachi fave TruLuv totally makes me crave all the nommable junk food. But I’m gonna be good and leave the notsohealthybutohsoyummy stuff where it’s safe – on the shirt! However, most a lot of these goodies can be made in healthier ways, without sacrificing any of the deliciousness. Today, we tackle – the French Fry.
Aren’t these fries gorgeous? I love the paper cone. Since it’s our first Foodie Thursday, I’ll just be reblogging today from the lovely Naturally Ella. I’ve posted the recipe below, but hit this link to find Ella’s original post and helpful pictures. And don’t forget – get an adult to help you when you need it, such as using a sharp knife for cutting potatoes!
*Don’t have parchment paper at home? Cut open a brown paper lunch bag instead!
